Item Purchased by Mistake
- The return procedure must be submitted within 3 working days of delivery.
- The return is always at the Customer's expense (even if the package includes other items to be returned for another reason).
- Unless otherwise indicated, shipping will be requested within 3 working days of the return authorization.
- The item must be returned in resalable condition as new or in the same condition in which it was received.
- The return for an incorrect purchase can be requested only and exclusively for items included in the "Telephone Spare Parts" and "PC Spare Parts" categories.

Non-Compliant Item
- The return procedure must be submitted within 3 working days of delivery.
- The return is always at Aroundtech's expense.
- The item must be returned in resalable condition as new or in the same condition in which it was received.
- The Customer can request the issuing of a Voucher or direct replacement (which will be at Aroundtech's expense).

Item Damaged upon delivery - The return procedure must be submitted within 2 working days of delivery.
- The return is always paid by Aroundtech.
- The Customer can request the issuing of a Voucher or direct replacement (which will be paid by Aroundtech).  


Defective Item

- The return procedure must be submitted within the terms indicated in the table.
